If the answer is less than 2 1/2 hours your are getting ripped-off.
It is impossible to properly inspect a house in 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
It is better to know what you are getting before
you hire your inspector.
I inspect over 1000 areas of the house and
include valuable pictures of the defects that make the report very easy to understand and
give you the information needed to make an informed decision.
